These are pictures of 818 W. Beech, my possible new home at the end of this month. Pretty darned happy with it! It passed inspection. The picture above is of Mr. Moore, the inspector, climbing under the house to look around there. He went all over from the top down.

The picture below is taken from the front door into the living room. The current owners left in a hurry. As you will see, they have a small child.
This is still in the living room looking toward the dining room. This house is a bungalow. The bedrooms and bath are through that door. The kitchen is beyond the dining room. The woman in the mirror is my real estate agent.
The kitchen from the dining room door.

The back yard. I know, right? Space and pecan trees! The building belongs to the neighbor behind.
Front porch. Sittin' porch.
To the left of the porch.
Sitting room (you will see the french doors leading outside later). Floors are like this throughout the house.
View of kitchen from the other side.
In the alleyway looking to porch, french door to sitting room, and driveway.
Close view of french door and into the back yard.
Back of house. There are shutters on the vent in the attic. I went up there and saw how to close them for the winter.
French doors from inside.
French doors in dining room. These are on the opposite side of the house from the others.
